STRWARZ

Star Wars; those crazy Star Wars! <- in my worst Bill Murray impersonation.

GO GIRLS

Yeah! Go girls!

GRT SCOT

A fan of Doc Brown? Or someone who proudly hails from Scotland?

SCRAP 6

Another "Mangos 3"; maybe the owner does scrapbooks as a hobby?

DOODLE B

Doodle Bug?  This might have been on a VW Beetle.

MANGO 3

Seems no deciphering is needed here but the significance is obscure.

ICYRHRT

I'm going to guess it's "I see you're hurt"' maybe an emergency room doc or a paramedic? Could it be "I see your heart"?

BOND007

A fan of a super suave fictional spy, I guess.

HAWKS BB

Hawks basketball?  There's also the popular Iowa Hawkeyes but that doesn't feel right. There's a local high school who have Skyhawks as their mascot.

SHESELL

"She sell"? or "She's Ell?  It also puts me in mind of seashells. I wonder why!

DISHI

I'm stumped on this one. Google tells me "Dishi" is a male name in Chinese.  Or maybe the owner is really cute and "DISHY" was already taken.

SUSHI

Another Hawaiian?  The "Maui Built" frame with "No Ka Oi" is a clue. There's a significant Hawaiian population at Creighton University here in Omaha.

SHAINA P

This is probably someone's first name and last name initial.  I keep wanting to read "Shania".

FAITHNU

"Faith in you".  Or "Faith in You (as a tie-in to the "In God We Trust" motto. Or maybe "Faith" went to UNL. I don't know why, but I do see plates with "NU" used for the home of the Huskers. As far as I know, that's actually "University of Nebraska" but there you have it.

PR8Z HIM

Praise Him, indeed. Hallelujah!  Another sighting of a "8" for an "A". Guess I missed the memo.

DUCK KLR

Points for bluntness, I guess.  "DUCKHNTR" or any number of variations was already taken?

ANDIAMO

Yes! "Let's go!", my Italian-speaking friend!

GROVEE

GROVEE; looks like it could be "groovy" but hmmmm

67 DOMER

This one is hard to see; bad angle through a streaky window.  67 DOMER.  Any guesses?

L8K DRMZ

Presumably "Lake Dreams"; interesting use of the "8" as an "A" sound. "L8" is sometimes used for "late", so it's interesting that I could see "lake" so quickly.

LVBNGPA

This one took me a little bit but my husband spotted it right away. Love being Grandpa.  Awww!

GRISLY

Horror movie fan? Bear hunter?  A large, hairy man? A play on a name, like Griswold?

CYSR1DE

First thought is this is "Cy's ride" and don't you forget it.  But maybe that's too obvious? Is there some clue in the "Cyclones" plate frame?  Any guesses?

BRADDAH

A displaced Hawaiian?  Or someone, like me, who yearns to be a kamaaina?

SCULPTR

An artist is the obvious guess here.

BABY DOC

Let's sincerely hope this is a pediatrician's car and not that of the Haitian dictator.  For a lot of reasons, not the least of which is that Duvalier has been dead for awhile.

LADEDA

Well, hello, Annie Hall.  I didn't realize you left the Manhattan for Council Bluffs! Welcome to the Midwest!

T WOLVES

Could be another sports related one; Minnesota's pro basketball team.  Or a nature lover devoted to a particular pack animal.

LVNLERN

I see two interpretations here. It's probably "Live and Learn" but it could also be "Lovin' Learnin'". Maybe....I think I tend to see the "LV" as "love" first...other thoughts?

SAXOFON

Aficionado of woodwinds?

69 ANGLS

Another baseball themed plate? Sports fans, tell me, Was there something amazing or significant about the Angels in 1969?  Or is this another reference altogether?

MN TWINS

Fans of a particular MLB team? Or perhaps, former residents of Minnesota who have twins?  If you picked the latter, you are correct. This is our plate, so imagine our delight to park next to this guy one day:

Was he mad when the DMV told him the better spelling was already taken? Sorry, guy!
